I bought something and did not get it

Make sure you are online and reopen the game. The one-time Starter Pack can be restored in Settings, then Restore purchases. For refunds, contact Apple or Google Play, who handle all payments.

My progress is gone

Progress is saved only on your device, so deleting the app or using Reset progress erases it.

Ads and privacy

Ads appear only when you choose to watch one. You can change your ad choices in Settings, then Privacy choices. Read the privacy policy.
